Overview
The Incubation Camp held on March 17-20, 2025, facilitated collaboration between Japanes manufacturing leaders and Philippine institutions. It provided a strategic platform for business development, partnership building and engagement with local innovation and education sectors through meetings, company visits and industry events.
DAY 1: SETTING THE STAGE FOR COLLABORATION
The camp commenced on March 17 at Herald Suites Meridian Lounge, with key company representatives attending. Mr. Takashi Suzuki facilitated the session, providing an overview of the Philippine Incubation Center and Salefull programs. The discussion emphasized the synergy between Salefull programs and Incubation centers, highlighting how such collaborations can accelerate development and innovation.

DAY 2: COMPANY VISIT
On March 18, Mr. Ikumi Sato and Ms. Mihoko Harada visited key institutions in the Philippines. These visits allowed for company presentations, Q&A sessions, and facility tours.

- Met with Ms. Azhelle Fabiosa (Sales & Marketing Executive) and Mr. Jericho Suelto (Factory Manager).

- Hosted by Ms. Irah Padilla (Marketing Manager) and Mr. Arnel Bautista (President/General Manager).

- Q&A Session facility tour led by Mr. Bautista.
On March 18, also Mr. Hiramoto visited seven companies specializing in water-related solutions:
- Hyperken – A water treatment company, they ask to send the data sheets of the dileka. Then we can visit their company in laguna
- Powerflow – They mentioned that the perfect for the product is water treatment company, since they only sell pump. they give us chance; they said that we will send the data sheet and check of the product can apply.
- CWS – They are interested with technology, then they mentioned to send the information to thier email, but we can go back to discuss with the president
- Ben Meyer – They need Data sheet, and they asking what the device can treat. They are interested as well and looking for a supplier.
- Metro Clean Waste: This company are interested as well, they have fisheries client, that fit with the product, we can visit and email them regarding with device and applications
- Jason Solar System: They are product that similar that connected with water but them is create electricity and clean water that need electricity. They are interested if the direka can include as well in their product. They are looking forward for the collaboration.
- Redcap : They cater fisheries and agriculture, they will check all the data if they can help their companies, we will send them the product information. We can visit as well their company in Alabang in the future.
DAY 3: WATER PHILIPPINES EXPO
On March 19, the delegation participated in the Water Philippines Expo, providing a valuable opportunity to observe the latest trends in water management. Mr. Ikumi Sato evaluated the relevance of Javich’s air and helium leak testers and expanded his network.

On March 19, Mr. Hiramoto check these companies specializing in water-related solutions:
- Zimmrox International: This company is a distributor of pump parts and other water related products. They are amaze with the product and interested as well. They ask for the brochure and data sheet. They will be our distributor once we receive a client in the future here in the Philippines.
- Environmental Corp.: For this company, they are environmental technologies, engineering, research. Industry serve is food, agricultural and hospital. They are okay with small and big customer like households to restaurants. They mentioned that they will mention us with the procurement department, and we can have a presentation with them.
- Vital 1: A purified drinking water, we talked with the marketing, but this company is a purified drinking water. They have machines that purify the water, it’s good that they use machine, maybe in the future we can have the collaboration since you mentioned that this is good for drinking water. They will send us an email regarding with our question since they can’t answer some of our questions.
- Steinsdorfer: A water waste management companies they use special chemicals in their companies, they are here to help Philippines since they know that Philippines has a polluted water, they are normally using big plants not suitable with Dileka. But still They are interested with the product we present, and looking forward for the future meeting and collaboration.
- GF+ Piping Systems: They are supplier and distributor of different piping system, and they are open to cater different brand. We will send the information of the product with them, and can visit to their company.
During the Company Visit and Water Philippines Expo, Sensez Corporation successfully established a strong and positive presence, leaving a lasting impression on most of the
companies we engaged with. Our interactions opened the door to meaningful discussions and potential collaborations with key industry players. As a result, we are optimistic about forming strategic partnerships with relevant companies, which will not only help expand our market reach but also enhance our position in the industry. Moving forward, we will continue to nurture these connections to maximize growth opportunities and further strengthen our network.
DAY 4: CAPSTONE PROJECT PROPOSAL
The final day focused on academic collaboration, with Mr. Ikumi Sato visiting Batangas State University, representing Toei-Shouji. He presented a Capstone Project Proposal, well-received by the faculty. The university acknowledged its potential and expressed willingness to pursue it. The faculty agreed to draft a project plan and a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).
