We act as a conduit partner between the business and the students and the university, helping them locate the appropriate trainee and employer. This process continues from the initial interview through implementation until the business decides which of the ideal students to recruit. We are also assisting them by hosting regular sessions to talk about how they are doing with their activities. We are also with managing and supporting their work-related demands.
