Overview

From June 16 to 18, 2025, Sensez Corporation, supported by Salefull Trading Incorporated, conducted a series of strategic company visits across Metro Manila and nearby areas. The visits aimed to introduce Sensez’s high-precision water level pressure sensors, build business relationships, understand local industry requirements, and explore collaborative opportunities within the Philippine water infrastructure and engineering sectors.

 

Visit Summaries by Date

June 16 – EMS Group Facility

Attendees: EMS Group, Sensez Corp, Watsan Analytics, Salefull

  • Sensez showcased its Japanese-engineered pressure sensors and data loggers.

  • EMS expressed strong interest, noting the product’s potential in smart water monitoring.

  • Watsan Analytics provided market-entry strategies, including:

    • Joining Water Expo Philippines

    • Registering with PhilGEPS

    • Collaborating with government agencies like JICA

  • EMS and Watsan emphasized the importance of local partnership and regulatory compliance.

  • A tour of EMS’s facility demonstrated capabilities in PCB assembly, testing, and quality assurance, positioning EMS as a possible local manufacturing partner.

 

June 17 – Aquagen Technology Inc.

Attendees: Aquagen Engineers, Sensez Corp, Salefull

  • Aquagen highlighted its experience in wastewater treatment, civil works, and turnkey solutions.

  • They introduced key industry players like Maynilad and Manila Water as primary clients.

  • Sensor brand standards in the industry include Burkert, WIKA, and Yokogawa.

  • Aquagen:

    • Suggested contacting Advanced Global Water Technology for equipment partnerships.

    • Provided direct accreditation contact leads for Maynilad and Manila Water.

    • Expressed willingness to consider Sensez products for future private sector projects.

AEC Water Facility

  • Sensez presented a live demo of its pressure sensors.

  • AEC showed strong interest, especially in relation to new infrastructure projects requiring accurate water level monitoring.

  • AEC requested a formal quotation and will submit technical requirements via email.

 June 18 – Techbrokers Office

Attendees: Techbrokers, Sensez Corp, Salefull

  • Techbrokers currently uses low-cost, China-made sensors; reliability and voltage compatibility are key concerns.

  • Sensez was asked to consider:

    • Compatibility with 220VDC control panels

    • Pricing strategy suited for a cost-sensitive market

    • Providing after-sales support

  • Sensez offered assurances of technical visits, support services, and the possibility of opening a local office if demand scales.

  • The discussion highlighted the need for education on long-term value vs. upfront cost.

Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS)

Attendees: MWSS, Maynilad, Sensez Corp, Salefull

  • Sensez demonstrated the sensor’s remote monitoring and logging capabilities.

  • MWSS and Maynilad discussed the importance of:
